Visus OS

The operating system that looks where you look.

Visus OS runs on Visus 1. It turns your gaze into the cursor, recognizes products on-device, and hands the money side to the VS1 Wallet in the Visus App. Nothing to learn, nothing to tap through.

Three ideas, one system

👁️

Gaze first

Where you look is the input. Hold your gaze on a product and Visus OS shows what it knows; look away and it gets out of the way. The touch strip on the temple is there for the rest.

📦

On-device

Product recognition, gaze tracking, and the deal card all run on the glasses. Camera frames are processed and discarded locally; nothing is uploaded to recognize what you see.

💵

Wallet built in

Every purchase you choose to share becomes cash back in the VS1 Wallet. Sharing is a single toggle in the Visus App, off by default, and it only ever covers aggregated, de-identified purchase data.

How a deal gets to your eye

Recognize

The gaze cameras pick the item you are fixated on; the recognition engine identifies it on-device.

Look up

Visus OS checks the store's price and any sale or cash-back offer for that item.

Show

A small card is drawn next to the product, in both lenses, only while you are looking at it.

Settle

When you buy, the purchase and the cash back appear in the VS1 Wallet on your phone.

Privacy by design

Visus OS was written for a device that sits on your face all day, so the defaults are conservative. The capture LED is hardware-wired to the camera. Gaze data never leaves the glasses. The only data that can leave is purchase data, and only if you turn sharing on.
The Visus App shows exactly what is collected and lets you turn it off.

Visus OS ships on every Visus 1
