Visus OS · Updates

What changed, and when.

Visus OS updates install over the air through the Visus App. Your glasses will tell you when one is ready; nothing installs while you are wearing them.

Visus OS 1.2Latest

  • VS1 Wallet: cash back for shared purchases, with per-store itemization in the Visus App.
  • Deal cards now show the cash-back amount next to the sale price.
  • Faster recognition on crowded shelves; fewer cards for items at the edge of your gaze.
  • New "Read it to me" option for any card.

Visus OS 1.1

  • Offline capture extended to the full storage of the device (up to ~26 hours on 512 GB).
  • Battery: about 12 % longer mixed use through smarter display dimming.
  • Prescription calibration is now done once in the Visus App instead of on every pairing.
  • Fixes for Wi-Fi + 5G models losing the carrier connection after sleep.

Visus OS 1.0

  • First release, shipping with Visus 1 and Visus 1 Wide.
  • Gaze navigation, on-device product recognition, deal cards, capture, and the Visus App for iOS and Android.
