Get started

Unbox and charge

Thirty minutes in the case before first use. The LED on the case turns green when ready.

Pair with the Visus App

Install the app, open it next to the glasses, and follow the prompts. Pairing takes about a minute.

Calibrate your gaze

Follow the dot for ten seconds. Re-run this if cards start landing beside the item instead of on it.

Prescription lenses

Enter your prescription in the app so the display is calibrated for your lenses.

Using Visus 1

Deal cards

Hold your gaze on an item for about a second. Look away to dismiss. Tap the temple to pin a card.

VS1 Wallet

Open the Wallet tab to see cash back by purchase and the running balance since your last payout.

Sharing purchases

Settings → Wallet → Share purchases. Off by default. Turning it on starts cash back from the next purchase.

Capture

Tap and hold the temple to record. The capture LED is on whenever the camera is. Clips live on the glasses until you import them.

Battery and charging

Expect up to 9 hours of mixed use. The case adds about 36 hours and charges over USB-C.

Privacy

What Visus 1 collects

Gaze and camera data stay on the device. Purchase data is shared only if you opt in, and only aggregated and de-identified.

Delete your data

Settings → Privacy → Delete. Removes wallet history and shared purchase records; cash back already paid is unaffected.

For developers

Simulator quick start

Install the simulator, load the sample aisle, and watch gaze and recognition events stream to your console.

Gaze API reference

Event types, coordinate systems, and the dwell thresholds Visus OS uses for its own cards.

Wallet partner API

Offer schema, settlement reports, and the review process for cash-back campaigns.
